They are seeking a residential property lawyer/Conveyancer/Conveyancing Solicitor with a minimum of two total years’ property law experience. The ideal candidate would have both commercial and residential property experience but a candidate with only one type of experience will still be considered.
The role would entail dealing with:

– Drafting and negotiating residential leases;
– Residential ‘management’ work; and
– Secured lending.
They view the role as fundamental to the development of the firm and, for the right candidate who satisfies their requirements, they would expect that candidate to become involved in supervising junior members of the team, client development and other suitable management functions.
You will need:
– Two years’ previous property law experience with qualified status is preferred with strong technical ability;
– Commitment to delivering high quality legal advice and service to clients;
– to be disciplined and organised;
– to be hard working and diligent;
– to have the ability to communicate effectively;
– to be motivated, “can-do” attitude;
– to be a team player but also able to manage own case-load without supervision; and
– to have the ability to work accurately and quickly under pressure.
Salary is at market rate, depending on experience(all salary requirments will be considered) and this is a full-time role. Some flexible/hybrid working may be considered following a three month probationary period, during which you will be expected to be fully office-based while you settle in.
