Secretary/BookKeeper required for small engineering company. We are a small company, only 6 employees and need a person with secretarial and preferably Xero experience, although training can be given.
This is a part-time position, 9 o'clock until 3 o'clock Monday - Thursday with half an hour lunch. (Hours can be slightly flexible).
BookKeeping duties will include record keeping, sales ledger, purchase ledger, VAT reports, weekly payroll and monthly HMRC submissions.
Secretarial duties will include invoicing, answering telephone and email enquiries, booking in couriers and maintaining the on-line shop, ordering supplies etc..
