Conveyancer - Residential Property We are looking for an experienced Conveyancer to manage a broad caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and freehold/leasehold transactions. About You Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 5 years PQE in residential conveyancing.Proven experience managing a full caseload of property transactions.Strong referral network or client portability is highly desirable.Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.Confident using conveyancing systems and digital platforms.Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
