We’re looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring seamless onboarding, deepening partnerships, and driving expansion opportunities. What You’ll Be Doing Building strategic relationships – Become a trusted advisor to executive-level stakeholders, aligning our solutions with their growth strategies. Maximising account growth – Identify and execute upselling, cross-selling, and service expansion opportunities. Ensuring seamless onboarding – Guide clients through the KYB/KYC process, ensuring compliance while delivering a best-in-class experience. Driving commercial impact – Monitor customer health, deliver data-driven insights, and proactively mitigate churn risk. Collaborating cross-functionally – Work closely with sales, product, finance, and technical teams to drive exceptional customer outcomes. Leading business reviews – Develop account plans, track performance against KPIs, and tailor presentations for senior stakeholders. What We’re Looking For ✔️ 5 years’ experience in Customer Success, Key Account Management, or a similar role within payments or financial services. ✔️ Strong track record of driving revenue growth and managing complex customer portfolios. ✔️ Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence C-suite executives. ✔️ A commercially driven mindset, with a focus on delivering measurable value. ✔️ Deep understanding of KYB/KYC requirements, compliance standards, and market trends within the payments industry (EU/UK). ✔️ Fluent in English (additional languages a plus!). ✔️ Previous experience in a regulated payment services company is an advantage.
