The role
The position involves running a varied commercial property caseload, including
* Sales and purchases of commercial property
* Landlord and tenant matters
* Drafting and negotiating commercial leases
* Refinancing and secured lending work
You will manage files from instruction through to completion with experienced support available where needed.
