Customer Success Manager - Data Management - £55-65K basic plus commission - Hybrid A fantastic opportunity to join a well established highly innovativecompany within the data management space. After 30 years they have a strong and loyal customer base, with many customers going back decades with them. They feel there is a huge opportunity to expand the business they have with many existingcustomers. To do this they are seekinga strong customer success manager who can get to know the customers, understand the architecture of their technologyset up in relation to their existingproducts being used, and then be able to work out where the future opportunities to grow business will be. Ideally you will have a background as a customer success manager, or some kind of technical pre-sales function. They have a superb 'smaller company' culture where everyone knows everyone. They have regular team days and an excellent team working atmosphere. They are basedin Malvern. There will be a requirement to be in the office at your own expense one or two days every 2 weeks, so location will be considered in relation to this.
