You’ll work autonomously and collaboratively within a vibrant, goal-driven team. Key Responsibilities End-to-end recruitment: From initial client briefing through to placement and onboarding. Business development: Actively generate new client opportunities and deepen existing relationships. Candidate sourcing & engagement: Utilize headhunting, networking, job boards, and referrals to attract top talent. Client liaison: Deliver consultative service, shaping job specs and advising on market realities. Negotiation & closing: Confidently manage offers and placements to maximise success rates. Essential Qualifications Proven experience in 360 recruitment roles across commercial, HR, sales & marketing, IT, finance, procurement, or executive search. Demonstrable track record of billing £200K per annum. Strong sales acumen, business development instincts, and revenue-generation mindset. Degree-level education or equivalent, with evidence of resilience, drive, and professionalism. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Tech-savvy—confident using CRMs, job boards, and recruitment tools.
