Signature Career Management have proudly partnered with a local, high growth, BWS business who are on the lookout for their next Brand Manager. This business has achieved huge growth since the pandemic due to the fact their main channel was D2C – literally overnight the business went from 0-100 due to the changes in the world. Post pandemic the business has received big investment, and have gone from a drink’s distributor across beer, wine, and spirits, to now launching their own brands across those very subcategories. What is most attractive about this role and business is the fact the founder is a purpose driven individual who has had skin in the game amongst some very well-known brands and is pioneering the Low/No alcohol space.
The role of brand manager reports directly into the marketing lead in this small but ambitious business and will have a big focus on the more traditional channels like grocery retail. The D2C arm of the business will utilise a more digital skillset to acquire and retain custom and grow brand awareness through partnerships and influencer campaigns. However, the star attraction is their off-trade focus that over the last 12 month has gone from strength to strength. This role is perfect for an ABM, BM, Campaign/trade and shopper marketer.
Roles and responsibilities include…
* Own-label Brand Management across the wine, beer and spirits portfolio.
* Project manage and support any marketing activations for instore launches.
* Create and deliver brand strategy across all social platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, traffic and follower count.
* Relationship management: Contacting and negotiating with influencers, bloggers and celebrities.
* Managing PR and above the line communications across our brands working in tandem with agency support.
* Develop new brand partnerships through endorsements, partnerships, competitions, giveaways and influencer content.
* Plan and execute brand activation campaigns including high street activations, pop ups, launch events, festivals, sporting events and more to drive brand awareness.
* Produce creative, engaging and educational content and themes to be utilised across multi-channel campaigns, both paid and organic.
You will be….
* Excelling in a high-growth, fast-paced working environment willing to drive change and progress with the ability to inspire, motivate and engage those around you.
* Experienced in an e-commerce business, start-up or agency handling brand strategy and social channels.
* Highly numbers-driven individual able to evaluate successful strategic approaches based on set KPIs
* Highly organised, analytical, and comfortable presenting at all levels.
* Able to think both creatively and commercially.
* Happy to work at both strategic and operational levels to drive growth and establishing the business online.
* Have experience in influencer outreach & social media posting.
* Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
