* Proven track record in Estate Agency New Homes or Residential Sales.
* Residential sales experience desirable.
* Cross selling multiple development sites using our data business data base.
* Has a strong work ethic.
* Sales and Customer Service expert.
* Ambitious and self-motivated.
* Financially driven.
* Full Clean UK driving licence desirable.
