A highly attractivepany going through a period of change is offering hybrid working (3 days a week in the office) to a thoroughly experienced Enterprise Risk Manager who is happy working in a fast-paced environment. This is a 6-month interim role, (thepany will be recruiting a permanent individual, so this role could be seen as purely interim cover or could lead to a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.)
Locations: Bicester, Leicester and occasional travel to other sites.

What you'll need to succeed
11. Ideally, you will hold a Risk Management qualification and have significant ERM experience.
12. You will have an in-depth understanding of risk management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
13. Experience with regulatorypliance andernance frameworks in the manufacturing or a similar sector.
14. You will have excellentmunication skills with the ability to presentplex information clearly to senior management and stakeholders.
15. Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence teams to adopt a risk-aware mindset.
16. You will need the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on agility and adaptability.
