What you'll be doing
Leading day-to-day operations across hotel, restaurant, bar & events
Greeting guests & delivering unforgettable service
Overseeing weddings & functions
Driving sales & upselling opportunities
Training, motivating & managing staff
Ensuring health & safety compliance
What we're looking for
Previous hospitality management experience
Strong leadership & customer service skills
Knowledge of food safety & operations
