Business Development Manager
Office Location: Hemel Hempstead
Salary: up to £35,000 + OTE + Car Allowance
To drive the adoption of X-On Healths digital products and services, by conducting compelling product demonstrations, expertly qualifying leads, and supporting Regional Managers in closing deals for maintaining and deepening X-On Healths market position. This role is crucial in achieving the company's ambitious sales targets.
While predominantly virtual/remote, this role will involve some travel to client sites for face-to-face demonstrations, trade shows, and strategic account reviews to identify further upselling and cross-selling opportunities, therefore a full UK driving licence is required.
Responsibilities:
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - To ensure you and your team meet the Companys Objectives & Key Results (OKRs).
Conduct standard to high complexity technical product demonstrations, including product walkthroughs, Q&A, and objection handling.
Handle advanced lead qualification requiring deep product and market knowledge.
Support Regional Managers (RMs) by managing the sales process from demo to close as required.
Maintain strong relationships and effective pipeline management to book demos with prospects.
Ensure timely follow-up post-demo, with an emphasis on pipeline velocity to reduce time-to-close.
Collaborate with RMs on complex deals and negotiations.
Utilise HubSpot for pipeline management, automation, and tracking of key metrics.
Engage in consultative selling, actively listening to and understanding client pain points.
Develop and propose solution-based strategies that address client needs.
Continuously self-educate on industry trends, market awareness, and technological advancements to provide informed solutions.
Work closely with the Commercial Director to gain market intelligence and feedback to customise the offering.
Liaise with Marketing and Product teams to ensure knowledge sharing and continuous improvement Comply with the company's Health & Safety, Data Protection, Information Security, PCI & DSP policies and procedures.

What you need to be successful
Sales Acumen: Proven ability to conduct effective product demonstrations, qualify leads, and close deals.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong presentation skills and ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and other sales software.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and address client pain points with innovative solutions.
Self-Motivation: Proactive and driven to achieve sales targets and continuously improve.
Industry Knowledge: Passion for technology and healthcare, with a willingness to stay updated on industry trends.
