This role pays a competitive salary of £30,000 - £50,000 annum DOE
Responsibilities as a conveyancer:
* Managing property transactions from instruction to completion
* Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage agreements
* Conducting property searches, e.g., local authority, environmental, drainage
* Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties
