Role Description
This is a full-time multi-site role for a Compliance and Quality Assurance Manager located in the Greater Glasgow srea. The Compliance and Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing compliance with regulatory standards, implementing quality assurance protocols, and conducting regular audits. Other day-to-day tasks include developing and updating policies and procedures, ensuring staff adherence to quality and compliance guidelines, and providing training on compliance issues. They will also support the home managers and staff and work alongside the operations team.
Required
Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge
* Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements in the healthcare industry
* Experience in quality assurance processes, including conducting audits and implementing quality control measures
* Ability to develop and update policies and procedures in line with compliance guidelines
* Excellent organizational and documentation skills
* Strong communication and training skills to ensure staff adherence to quality and compliance standards
* Ability to work around Glasgow at multiple homes
* Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, or a related field
* Previous experience in a similar role within the care home industry is preferred
