You will demonstrate developing research or scholarly activity within your field, alongside the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, work collaboratively, and build strong professional relationships. Digitally confident and well‑organised, you will manage competing priorities effectively and be committed to delivering an excellent student experience.
You will understand the wider higher education context, including employability and internationalisation, and show creativity, flexibility, and a commitment to continuous improvement. The role requires a flexible approach to working hours, occasional travel, participation in University events, and dedication to your own ongoing professional development.
