About the role
Do you love turning ideas into eye-catching visuals and compelling content? We’re looking for a Content Designer to join our Internal Communications team and help shape the way we connect with colleagues.
In this role, you’ll create innovative, user-focused content that brings our internal campaigns to life - think photography, infographics, videos, animations, and more. Your work will make sure our people feel informed, inspired, and valued.
What you'll bring
1. A creative mindset with a passion for design and storytelling.
2. Strong technical skills in digital media and content creation.
3. The ability to make complex messages clear, accessible, and engaging.
Essential criteria
4. Experience producing creative content across multiple formats and channels.
5. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (or similar) and video editing tools.
6. Strong copywriting and editing skills with excellent attention to detail.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
