Job Description Accounting Manager - Senior Role in Growing West Yorkshire Practice Join a leading chartered accountancy practice experiencing continued growth, as we expand our dynamic Business Services Group. We're seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to take on a senior role managing diverse clients across multiple industries. What You'll Be Doing: • Managing company accounts and tax computations for limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships • Overseeing periodic bookkeeping and management accounts preparation • Leading VAT return preparation and submissions • Training and supervising junior team members • Managing company secretarial and administrative functions • Building and maintaining strong client relationships What We're Looking For: • AAT qualified or equivalent practical experience • Practice experience essential for this senior role • Leadership skills and team management experience • Ambition to pursue further qualifications (fully supported) • Experience with CCH, Sage, and Xero software advantageous • Excellent communication and client management skills • Self-motivated with strong organisational abilities What We Offer: • Competitive salary: £45,000 - £52,000 (based on experience) • Senior position with genuine progression opportunities • Team leadership responsibilities • Comprehensive professional development support • Excellent benefits package • Modern offices in West Yorkshire Ready to take on a senior role and lead a team?
