What you'll be doing
Planning and delivering email campaigns across Cotswold Outdoor, Snow+Rock and Runners Need
Managing and optimising automated customer journeys and lifecycle communications
Owning the end-to-end email campaign process, including briefing, testing, scheduling and delivery
Line managing and supporting an Email Marketing Executive
Driving segmentation, personalisation and content optimisation using customer data and insights
Monitoring performance and delivering clear weekly and monthly insights to senior stakeholders
Leading testing and optimisation to improve engagement, ROI and revenue performance
Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance Adobe Campaign and ensure best practice and compliance
We're looking for someone who
Proven experience in email marketing within a retail or customer-focused environment
Strong understanding of customer journeys, lifecycle marketing and automation
Confidence using email platforms such as Adobe Campaign (or similar)
Data-driven mindset, with experience analysing performance and driving optimisation
Experience managing, mentoring or supporting team members
Ability to plan and deliver campaigns end to end, from briefing to reporting
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
Knowledge of email best practice, testing, GDPR and deliverability standards
