Duties: We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Production Operator to join our South Kirkby team. Reporting to the Production Manager, the successful candidate will safely prepare, fill and warehouse hazardous chemicals at South Kirkby. Key Responsibilities and Tasks: -To ensure that the correct goods are produced, stored and dispatched in good condition. -To ensure the prompt, correct completion and presentation of documentation to production admin. -Be compliant to all policies, procedures and legislative requirements Ensure safe working conditions at all times. -To work with hazardous liquid chemicals including container & product hose cleaning and handling. -To ensure material is produced accurately and in line with EHS&Q procedures. -To ensure the correct and safe receipt of bulk liquid into bulk holding tanks including dilutions/decants and blending. -Cooperate on all matters concerned with health, safety, training, legislation and the environment. -To work with filling machines filling IBCs, kegs and drums We Are Looking For: The successful candidate will have a good understanding of materials handled and excellent attention to detail. It is desirable that the successful candidate also holds FLT Counter Balance license. You will be required to complete product movements between tanks and containers, so knowledge of valves, pumps and meters are essential.
