Fleet Manager -URGENTLY REQUIRED Rotherham | MondayFriday, 8 hours per day Role Purpose To manage the safe, compliant and efficient operation of the organisations vehicle fleet, ensuring full compliance with transport legislation and operational requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day fleet operations, including HGVs. Ensure compliance with DVSA, O-Licence, drivers hours and tachograph regulations. Oversee vehicle maintenance, servicing, inspections and MOTs. Manage driver compliance, including licences, CPC and training. Monitor fleet costs, incidents and performance. Maintain accurate compliance and fleet records. Person Specification HGV Licence (essential) CPC and Haulage Qualification (essential) Proven fleet or transport management experience Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
