Kingston Veterinary Group, Holderness Road, Hull, Yorkshire & The Humber Kingston Veterinary Group are looking for a First Opinion General Practitioner to join our large, friendly, and supportive team. We are a forward-thinking practice with 6 sites across East Yorkshire, equipped with great facilities and committed to first-class patient care. We prioritize staff wellbeing, providing time for administrative tasks. The role will involve a balanced mix of surgery and consulting.
Rotas that work for you We understand the importance of a healthy work-life balance. That's why we offer flexible working options, including accommodating rota patterns and working hours. A typical full-time role would require you to work 40 hours over 4 days per week, along with 3:6 Saturday shifts. No out of hours or on-call work is required. We also welcome part-time applications!
About our practice The Anlaby Branch has an experienced RVN as the branch head, along with a Veterinary Surgeon, Client Care Advisor, and Animal Care Assistant, all dedicated to providing high standards of care to pet owners in Anlaby and surrounding areas.
Equipment at the Anlaby Surgery includes separate dog and cat kennels, an operating theatre, and in-house lab equipment such as blood analyzers and a microscope. The KVG veterinary hospital, a 10-minute drive from Anlaby, offers color Doppler ultrasound, an endoscopy suite, and advanced surgical equipment including laparoscopy, digital radiography, CT, and MRI. We perform TPLO surgery, advanced fracture repairs, and have dedicated dental facilities.
Location Anlaby is a village in the western suburbs of Kingston upon Hull, in the East Riding of Yorkshire. Hull is known for its vibrant nightlife, pubs, restaurants, and cultural events. Beautiful beaches along the Yorkshire coast are just a short drive away, and scenic walks along the Yorkshire Wolds Way are nearby.
