Job Description
Job Duties:
* Plan and implement activities to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs of the children
* Provide a safe and secure environment for the children
* Observe, assess, and record each child's progress
* Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
* Ensure the learning environment is clean, safe, and stimulating
Required Qualifications:
* Level 3 Early Years Qualification or equivalent
* DBS Check
Education:
* Minimum of Level 3 Early Years Qualification
Experience:
* Previous experience working in a similar role
* Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Strong organisational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* First Aid Qualification
Working Conditions:
* Work primarily indoors in a childcare setting
* May involve standing for extended periods
* Full-time hours, including some weekends and evenings
