Roadside Technician Vacancy in Milton Keynes
1. Basic Salary: £50,668 + Bonus
2. OTE: circa £54,000
3. 40 hours per week
4. Hours worked vary, and are between the hours of 6:00am and 2:00am
5. This means you may work earlies, lates, weekends and bank holidays
6. Flexibility is required for this role, in exchange for a great package.
7. Overtime always available + paid.
My client is a well-established and trusted recovery and repair provider with a strong reputation in the roadside assistance sector. Due to continued growth and expansion, they are now looking for a Roadside Technician to take ownership of their Milton Keynes patch.
Hours are worked between 06:00 and 02:00, meaning you may be required to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. Flexibility is essential for this role, rewarded with a highly competitive package and strong earning potential. Overtime is always available and paid.
Key Responsibilities of the Roadside Vehicle Technician:
8. Attend vehicle breakdowns and provide efficient roadside assistance
9. Diagnose faults and carry out mechanical, electrical, and technical repairs
10. Deliver a high level of customer service, acting as a brand ambassador
11. Manage your own workload and maintain your company vehicle and equipment
12. Complete accurate job reports and documentation

Requirements of the Roadside Vehicle Technician:
22. Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
23. Proven mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
24. Strong customer service skills and a professional approach
25. Full UK driving licence
26. Flexibility to work unsociable hours, weekends, and bank holidays
27. Willingness to travel and stay overnight when required
