Senior Construction Project Manager (Consultancy) CLIENT An exclusive opportunity for a Senior Construction Project Manager to join a growing consultancy team in Belfast. Due to continued growth, the Belfast office is expanding and delivering major construction projects across the UK and Ireland. This is an opportunity to work on high-profile public sector schemes alongside senior construction professionals with extensive industry experience. The consultancy provides market-leading professional services across Cost Management, Project Management and Building Surveying. As an independent consultancy, they work with owners, occupiers, developers and funders across both private and public sectors. The Ideal Person A construction-related degree with ideally Chartered status, combined with significant project delivery experience within a consultancy or client-side environment. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities and a proven ability to deliver high-value projects from inception through to completion. Responsibilities As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will take a leading role in overseeing and managing large-scale projects across the UK and Ireland.
