Salary: 28,582 - 36,282 (dependent on experience and qualifications)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Maths Lecturer to deliver high-quality teaching across GCSE and Functional Skills Maths, helping learners achieve their potential and progress confidently into employment or further study.

Role Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and inclusive teaching across GCSE and Functional Skills Maths.
* Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to students of mixed abilities.
* Track, assess, and report on learner progress, providing targeted interventions where needed.
* Support students in developing confidence, problem-solving and numeracy skills for life and work.
* Work collaboratively within a dynamic maths team to enhance curriculum delivery.
* Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing best practice and innovative teaching ideas.
Essential Requirements
* Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent).
* Degree or Level 5+ qualification in Mathematics or a related field.
* Experience delivering GCSE and/or Functional Skills Maths within FE or secondary education.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* A passion for helping students overcome barriers and achieve success.
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
