We’re recruiting for a Finance Managerto join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary.

What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting senior finance leaders with high-quality financial planning and analysis
* Managing budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
* Delivering insightful financial reporting to support strategic decision-making
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure financial governance and control
* Driving continuous improvement in financial processes and analytics
* Leading scenario planning and business case evaluations
* Supporting the transition and enhancement of commercial finance analytics
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
Qualifications
Who we’re looking for:
* Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CFA or equivalent)
* Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
* Strong commercial acumen and analytical thinking
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Experience in the asset management industry (preferred)
* Familiarity with tools such as Tableau and Power BI
* Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
* A proactive, self-starting mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
