We're looking for a dedicated individual to be the operational heart of a vital, -based homelessness charity. You will be the key leader ensuring the hub is a safe, inclusive, and thriving space for everyone who walks through the door.
Responsibilities
* Line manage and coach a small, passionate team of staff and volunteers. Be their champion!
* Oversee the day‑to‑day running, including crucial warehouse operations. Think efficient systems and smooth running.
* Build fantastic partnerships with local agencies and promote the Hub to ensure we're meeting community needs.
* Ensure the physical building, safeguarding, and health & safety are impeccable—creating a truly welcoming environment.
Qualifications
* Proven experience managing staff and services.
* A strong grasp of safeguarding and health & safety principles.
* Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and compliance.
* Passion about community and creating truly welcoming spaces. (Non‑negotiable!)
Every week, you will directly enable the delivery of critical support, providing essential building blocks for people facing homelessness and poverty in our community. ✨
