Job Overview
We are looking for an energetic IT & Audio-Visual Support Engineer to provide hands-on support for daily IT operations and Audio/Visual (A/V) systems in our office environment. This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of IT support experience who enjoys working with meeting room technologies, conferencing tools, and end-user support. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth A/V experiences during meetings and events while also assisting with general IT support tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide IT and A/V support to office users, including meeting room setup and live troubleshooting.
* Set up and maintain video conferencing systems such as Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, and Webex.
* Support projectors, displays, microphones, cameras, and control systems in conference rooms.
* Handle basic IT support tasks, including hardware/software troubleshooting, device setup, and network connectivity checks.
* Assist VIP and leadership users during meetings to ensure a seamless experience.
* Maintain an inventory of IT and A/V equipment, ensuring everything is updated and operational.
* Log and escalate complex issues to senior engineers or vendors when required.
Required Skills & Experience
* 1–3 years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or A/V Support roles.
* Familiar with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
* Practical experience or strong interest in Audio/Visual systems (Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Poly, Logitech, etc.).
* Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach.
* Ability to work calmly under pressure, especially during live meetings or events.
