Why this programme is Healf
You were trained to be brilliant inside structured environments. This is where you find out what you can do without the structure. To own a problem end-to-end when nobody is telling you what the answer should be. To make decisions when the data is incomplete and the consequences are real. To operate at the pace of a company that grew a hundred times in three years and is planning to do it again.

The work
You will join a real seat from day one. Where you sit depends on where the company needs you most and where you'll have the greatest impact. If there's a seat available on a rocket ship, you get on. You don't ask which seat.

→ Commercial and Growth. Healf acquires, converts, and retains half a million regular customers. Somewhere in that engine, there is a lever that would change the trajectory of the business if someone smart enough pulled it the right way. You find the lever. You pull it. You own the number.
→ International and Strategy. Project Atlas is taking Healf from the UK into Germany and beyond. Market entry, competitive positioning, pricing, operations, and the hundred decisions that determine whether a new market succeeds or fails. This is strategy that has to work on the ground, not in a presentation.
→ Operations. Healf ships hundreds of thousands of orders. Every out-of-stock, every late delivery, every margin leak starts in the system that moves product from supplier to customer. A single process improvement here can be worth more than a quarter of consulting fees.
