Diagnostic Vehicle Technician Vacancy – Bournemouth

Benefits for the Diagnostic Vehicle Technician:
Competitive salary up to £55,000 per annum, depending on experience
Monday to Friday working hours, 8:00am – 5:30pm
Optional Saturday overtime at time and a half

Career development opportunities through ongoing trainingDuties of the Diagnostic Vehicle Technician:
Conduct vehicle diagnostics using state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment
Perform mechanical repairs and electrical fault-finding tasks
Carry out MOT testing (MOT tester qualification preferred)
Diagnose complex vehicle issues across a variety of brands, specialising in certain vehicle makes
Ensure all work is completed to high standards within set timeframes
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all work undertaken
Adhere to health and safety protocols at all timesRequirements of the Diagnostic Vehicle Technician:
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent automotive qualification
MOT tester qualification (desirable but not essential)
Strong diagnostic skills with attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
Well-organised and tidy work ethic
Willingness to undertake additional training in hybrid and electric vehicle systems
Experience working in a fast-paced workshop environment
