As a Customer Service Administrator you'll handle a variety of key and important administrative tasks, including booking installers for installation appointments while coordinating deliveries and supporting the resolution of customer issues. Key Responsibilities: Proactively resolve queries and concerns across various contact channels. Coordinate customer deliveries with installation appointments and availability. Support our Approved Installers by assisting with customer-related queries. Make creative and responsible decisions to resolve issues effectively.
