About the role:
Youll be the key link in ensuring smooth inbound and outbound logistics, coordinating shipments across the UK, Europe, and beyond. Working closely with planning, warehousing, and customer service teams, youll take ownership of daily transport operations, optimize routes, and drive cost efficiencyall while ensuring customers receive exceptional service
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Transport Operations
Schedule and coordinate shipments for raw materials and finished goods.
Optimize Costs
Negotiate with carriers, consolidate shipments, and monitor performance.
KPI Reporting
Produce regular logistics performance reports and support senior management with insights.
Documentation & ERP
Maintain accurate stock and shipment data
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with planning, warehousing, and customer service teams.
Skills & Experience Required:
Previous experience in logistics coordination, transport planning, or supply chain.
Strong ERP skills
A confident communicator with great organizational ability.
Experience managing UK and international shipments.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
