Our client, a respected financial services firm, is seeking a Digital Marketing and Content Specialist to join their Marketing team on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Events Manager, you’ll help shape the company’s online presence through engaging content, effective campaigns, and data-led insights.
Key Responsibilities
Create and publish website articles, blogs, social posts, and email campaigns.
Design and edit visual content using Adobe Creative Suite.
Produce and edit podcast and video content.
Monitor performance metrics and produce regular marketing reports.
Ensure brand consistency and regulatory alignment across all digital output.
Support data visualisation using Power BI.
Key Skills and Experience
Experience in digital marketing, content creation, or multimedia production.
Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
Confident using email marketing platforms, Office 365, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Knowledge of SEO, CMS platforms (such as WordPress), and basic data analysis.
Understanding of GDPR and FCA Consumer Duty requirements.
Full driving licence.
Creative, proactive, and organised.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and improve.
Professional, adaptable, and committed to high standards.
Additional Information
Office-based, Monday to Friday in Henley on Thames or Witney.
Salary £45,000 to £50,000 depending on experience.
Non-contractual bonus, phantom share scheme, and pension contribution after 3 months.
