As the Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for leading a team of Maintenance Engineers whilst having the ability to lead from the front.Duties of the Maintenance Manager:Managing and supporting the maintenance departmentManaging reactive breakdowns to minimise downtime and disruption to productionOverseeing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activitiesEnsuring maintenance tasks are completed and recorded accurately within the CMMS systemSupporting training and development of maintenance team membersWorking closely with production and other departments to coordinate priorities and handoversMonitoring equipment performance and supporting improvements to Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)Managing shift documentation, permits, and maintenance recordsEnsuring all maintenance activities are completed safely and in compliance with company proceduresSupporting continuous improvement and engineering best practice across the siteThe successful candidate for the Maintenance Managers position will have the following experience:Five years experience working as a Maintenance Manager / Supervisor (Essential)Either 17 th or 18 th edition certified (Essential)Electrically bias (Essential)Previous experience working with turned parts or a machining environment (Desirable)Due to the high number of applications, we receive, we are sometimes not able to respond directly to each candidate.
