The Role: As Room Leader, you'll manage a busy room of early learners, leading your team to deliver an exciting, high-quality curriculum. You'll plan and implement activities that encourage exploration and independence, oversee staff performance, and ensure compliance with EYFS and Ofsted standards. You'll also play a key role in mentoring staff and communicating with parents. The Setting: A large, nursery offering high-quality early education and staff development. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support your team in daily room operations Plan, assess, and evaluate engaging learning experiences Monitor and improve quality and compliance standards Build strong, trusting relationships with parents and staff Prerequisites: Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification Proven leadership experience in a nursery setting Strong EYFS, Ofsted, and safeguarding knowledge Excellent mentoring and organisational skills All candidates who register with Simply Education are required to provide references for the previous 2 years of work, as well as complete an enhanced DBS check.
