Position: CNC Miller & Turner
Responsibilities
* Setting and operating CNC milling and turning machines using Fanuc/Haas controls.
* Producing high complexity components from a range of materials.
* Adhering to Quality/Environmental standards (ISO9001/14001:2015).
* Ensuring part production performance meets planned set and run times and quality requirements.
* Recording and assisting the Manufacturing Group Leader in improving 5S organisation of assigned team areas and personal responsibility of machines being operated.
* Ensuring correct materials and drawings are used to produce components.
* Setting up tools, offsets and being able to change the program.
Essential Duties
* Setting and operating CNC milling and turning machines using Fanuc/Haas controls.

* Ensuring performance of part production to planned set and run times and quality requirements.
* Recording and assisting the Manufacturing Group Leader in improving the 5S organisation of the assigned team areas and personal responsibility of machines being operated.
* Responsible for ensuring correct materials, drawing are used to produce components.
* Setting up tools, offsets and be able to change the program.
General Description
Your expertise in machine setup and precision machining will ensure the production of high-quality parts that meet strict industry standards and specifications. You will work closely with engineers and other manufacturing personnel to achieve efficient and accurate machining operations.
Minimum Requirements
* 3 Years minimum experience in setting and operating CNC milling and turning machines.
* Experience with high complexity components from a range of materials.
* Good knowledge of 4 and 5 axis machines.
* Good working knowledge of manufacturing techniques and reading engineering drawings.
* Good working knowledge of component dimensions using inspection equipment (e.g., micrometers, verniers, plug gauges).
* Ability to produce components to drawing tolerance and specifications, efficiently and accurately as required by customer specification.
* Strong literacy and record-keeping skills.
