Working within a Main Car Dealership, the successful Car Sales Executive will be representing one of the UK's leading car brands and will be well versed in providing exceptional levels of customer service. Benefits: £23,000 starting basic salary increasing to £24,000, and £25,000 over 2 and 3 years of service Access to performance-related commission scheme providing uncapped on-target-earnings of £45,000 per annum. 30 days annual holiday allowance (any bank holidays worked; you gain a day off in lieu to compensate for it). Working hours are a 5-day working week, Monday to Saturday with a day off in the week. 1 Saturday off a month.Duties: Maintaining an outstanding product knowledge of the cars and vehicles you are selling Ensuring that you are providing an excellent level of customer service Carrying out Vehicle Demonstrations and Test Drives Meeting Car Sales Targets Advising on and upselling on finance, insurance and accessories.Requirements: Our client requires candidates with current or recent car sales experience (preferably within a franchise-approved car dealer environment) UK driving license with minimal points.
