Talent Acquisition Resourcer
6-Month Contract
Immediate Start
Are you an organised, proactive recruitment support professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Were looking for a capable Talent Acquisition Resourcer on a 6-month contract.
In this role, youll support high-volume recruitment activity by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, preparing documentation, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Source and screen candidates across multiple channels to support ongoing recruitment needs
2. Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate communications
3. Prepare contracts, onboarding documentation, and assist with internal staff movements
4. Maintain and update candidate, employee, and contractor records within internal systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
5. Respond to enquiries from candidates and hiring managers with timely, clear information
6. Support the Talent Acquisition team to deliver consistent, high-quality recruitment services
7. Contribute to process improvements and assist with operational recruitment tasks as required
8. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with organisational policies, procedures, and relevant legislation

About You
9. Experience in Talent Acquisition, Resourcing, Recruitment Coordination, or Administration in a fast-paced environment
10. Comfortable supporting a high-volume recruitment function with strong attention to detail
11. Confident using recruitment systems, HRIS, or digital databases (experience with SuccessFactors is an advantage)
12. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, customer-focused approach
13. Highly organised, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
14. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
