Role Description

We're based in Evesham with the flexibility for some remote work and have contracts in Worcester and Cheltenham. The Senior Community/Neuro Physiotherapist will provide high-quality physiotherapy services, conducting assessments, developing tailored treatment plans, and delivering interventions for individuals with neurological and community-based rehabilitation needs. Daily tasks include working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, family members, and caregivers to optimise client care and independence while supporting self-management goals. The role requires travel to client locations within the community as well as clinic-based treatment sessions and the option of hydrotherapy.
Qualifications
Excellence in physiotherapy practices, including detailed assessment and complex treatment planning for neurological and community-based cases
Strong ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and caregivers to design and implement effective care plans
Experience or expertise in addressing orthopaedic, neurological, respiratory, older adult and rehabilitation needs
Effective communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
HCPC registration and membership with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) are required
A commitment to promoting self-management and maintaining client independence and quality of life
Flexibility and the ability to travel with own reliable vehicle for home visits and work in other environments
A degree in physiotherapy or equivalent
Experience in community and neuro physiotherapy is highly desirable
