The Client Care Administrator will support and assist the wider Client Care team to deliver successful small works projects & maintain long term relationships with our clients. In this role, you will be liaising with clients and contractors to schedule works, prepare budgets and administer requests. This is the entry role in our Client Care career pathway, which offers support and mentoring to facilitate building confidence and competency in project managing client requests and assist the wider business in resolution of defects. This role has the opportunity for progression on a pathway to running your own small works projects and independently managing client accounts. Minimum Skills & Attributes: Strong administrative skills and ability to work with deadlines. Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems). Ability to work under own initiative. Passion & enthusiasm Curiosity & a desire to learn. Strong problem solving approach, innovative thinking. Attention to detail & analytical skills. Good mathematical & Excel skills. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs when required. Verbal & written communication skills. Ability to have challenging conversations and reach positive outcomes. Ability to identify internal & external stakeholders and build relationships. Minimum Requirements: A Level (A-C) or equivalent in maths or science. Salary: £24k-£26k subject to qualifications & relevant experience.
