The Role
We’re looking for a proactive HR Advisor to support our growing business and help us continue building a workplace where ability, integrity, and respect thrive.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you’ll provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to managers across all areas of the business. This is a hands-on role, offering real variety and the opportunity to make an impact through employee relations, policy development, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Head of HR in delivering the HR strategy and business priorities.
* Partner with managers to deliver clear, consistent HR advice.
* Lead and support employee relations matters with professionalism and care.
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
* Contribute to the delivery of HR initiatives that enhance collaboration and performance.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with employment law.
* Produce HR reports and insights to support business decisions.
Who you are
You’re an experienced HR professional who values integrity, teamwork, and open communication. You’re approachable, solutions-focused, and confident advising managers at all levels. You have a strong understanding of HR processes and employment law, with the ability to build trust and credibility at all levels.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in a similar environment.
* Proven experience in a generalist HR role.
* Good understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
* CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) desirable.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confident managing ER cases independently.
* Organised and detail-focused, with strong problem-solving ability.
