A market-leading, global distributor of speciality ingredients and solutions is looking for a Marketing Manager to join its growing UK team. Our client has built a reputation for excellence, sustainability, and innovation across various industries.

The role will focus on building brand awareness, promoting technical expertise, and engaging both internal and external audiences through impactful multi-channel campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver strategic communication plans aligned with global and local marketing goals
* Create compelling content across digital and offline platforms, including websites, newsletters, social media, and video
* Plan and manage events such as tradeshows, seminars, and digital campaigns
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical experts and digital marketing to ensure consistent messaging
* Maintain internal communications platforms, including SharePoint and internal newsletters
* Manage branded assets and uphold consistent visual and messaging standards across all channels
Ideal Candidate:
* 3–5 years’ experience in a marketing communications role, ideally within a B2B environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for storytelling and content creation
* Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices and SEO principles
* Able to work independently while collaborating across teams and departments
* Highly organised, with experience managing multiple projects and external partners
* Creative eye for design and detail
* Agency experience is a plus
