Job Description
1. Implement and maintain quality control systems to meet industry and company standards.
2. Conduct thorough inspections and audits of manufacturing processes and products.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve quality-related issues.
4. Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements for product quality.
5. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and certifications within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
6. Support new product development by establishing quality requirements and standards.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Quality Engineer should have:
7. Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of quality experience in manufacturing.
8. Experience working in ISO‑regulated environments (ISO9001 or equivalent).
9. Experience as an internal auditor with knowledge of audit processes.
10. Strong understanding of quality tools: SPC, MSA, control plans, FMEA, RCCA.
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and statistical tools (, Minitab).
12. Ability to communicate effectively across manufacturing and quality teams.
