Key responsibilities:
 1. Oversee procurement of raw materials and packaging to meet production plans efficiently.
 2. Maintain and update purchasing systems, ensuring accurate pricing, supplier data, and cost tracking.
 3. Lead tender processes and supplier negotiations to secure optimal value and supply security.
 4. Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
 5. Develop and coach the Purchasing Coordinator to ensure smooth team operations.
 6. Collaborate with finance to resolve invoice queries and support accurate reporting.
 7. Support stock takes and manage ad-hoc purchasing requests as required.
 8. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, environmental, and quality standards across all procurement activities.

 10. Knowledge of FMCG manufacturing processes and supply chain best practices.
