Use their knowledge of the areas of learning and understanding of how children learn to provide rich, varied and imaginative experiences that enthuse, engage and motivate children. To be vigilant and protect children from harm or abuse, reporting any concerns immediately – in accordance with child protection and whistleblowing policies To be responsible for the welfare of all children in your room, organising systems to ensure consistent, high-quality care. Establish strong relationships with families to foster a positive connection between the nursery and home. Adhere to the organisation's policies and procedures.
