Communication Coordination: Managing the school’s internal and external communications, including newsletters, parental emails (via ParentPay or similar), and social media updates. Admissions & Transitions: Supporting the administrative side of the student admissions process, ensuring that new starters and their families have a seamless transition into the school community. Financial Administration: Assisting with basic financial tasks, such as processing invoices, managing petty cash, and overseeing the collection of funds for school trips and activities.
