About the Role
As a Director or Partner, you will oversee major forensic and investigative assignments, partnering with clients, legal counsel, and regulatory bodies on matters involving fraud, financial crime, and commercial disputes. You’ll bring clarity to complex issues, deliver expert insights and testimony, and play a central role in strengthening the firm’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver complex forensic accounting, investigation, valuations or/and disputes engagements—from fraud reviews to dispute resolution.
* Act as an expert witness, preparing rigorous financial analyses and providing clear, credible testimony.
* Build, manage, and deepen client relationships across a broad range of sectors.
* Shape and execute the firm’s forensic strategy, enhancing brand, capability, and market position.
* Mentor, develop, and inspire team members to foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities, driving sustainable practice growth.
What You’ll Bring
* Extensive experience in forensic accounting, investigations, valuations and/or disputes, ideally at a senior or leadership level.
* Strong technical expertise in financial investigations and litigation support.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
* A proactive, entrepreneurial approach with a proven track record in business development.
* A recognised professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent).
