Overview
Job reference REQ04557. Location: Coryton. Contract: 37 hours per week, full time. Salary: Starting Salary £37,280 – rising to £40,777; Total Reward Package starting from £45,630. This is a permanent, full‑time role with hybrid working (2 days a week in the office) at the Traffic Management Centre Coryton (Cardiff).

Responsibilities
* Act as one of the Agents technical experts, with specific responsibility for assisting the Principal Engineers in leading routine, planned and reactive minor maintenance and upgrade work on road lighting and traffic signal assets.
* Assist the Principal Engineers in programming, coordinating, delivering, and providing technical advice on all road lighting and traffic signal assets, and minor maintenance and repair works on the network to ensure compliance with Welsh Government requirements.
* Support the Principal Engineers and deputise as necessary in the inspection, management, maintenance and improvement of the motorway and trunk road network.

Total Reward Package starting from £45,630. Starting Salary: £37,280 rising to £40,777. Additional Employer Pension Contribution of 22.4%: £8,350 – £9,134 annually (subject to membership of the local pension scheme).
