Opportunities to work from home follow About the Role We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Purchasing Administrator to join our dynamic procurement team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate fulfilment of catalogue requirements through effective supplier communication, order management, and administrative support. Key Responsibilities Proactively chase suppliers via phone and email to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Accurately update delivery information into the system and supporting spreadsheets. Interpret stock and demand data to manage the placement of purchase orders. Source alternative products to meet catalogue requirements when needed. Review and verify all supplier order acknowledgements. Perform general administrative tasks as required to support the procurement function. Core Competencies & Skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional telephone manner Experience working with MRP/ERP systems in a purchasing environment (desirable)
