Registered Veterinary Nurse The Rowe Veterinary Group, Yate Salary up to £30,000 depending on experience plus benefits An exciting opportunity has arisen in our busy first-opinion small animal practice for a Registered Veterinary Nurse. The position includes a varied caseload including anaesthesia monitoring, medical nursing, assisting with diagnostic procedures (such as ultrasound scanning, and endoscopes), taking radiographs and performing nurse clinics. Some of these include feline-specific clinics, K-Laser therapy, and arthritis management. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week including 1:6 weekends at our hospital with time off in lieu. About Our Team and Facilities You will be joining an experienced and supportive team of 9 Vets, 6 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 2 Student Veterinary Nurses and 3 Veterinary Care Assistants. Our clinical team hold qualifications and interests in a wide range of different aspects such as medicine, cardiology, surgery, behaviour, and anaesthesia. We are also an ISFM silver accredited cat-friendly clinic and K9 friendly accredited clinic. Our nurses are well-respected members of the team and all skills are fully supported and utilised. We hold regular journal clubs and clinical governance meetings to continuously improve the care we provide.
